I’m a new vendor on The Knot. So I’m super eager and excited about my new storefront. Which means I’d like to be able to monitor it from anywhere. It costs a lot of money to sign up and advertise on their platforms. It’s a huge investment for a new small business owner like myself. It really is unacceptable for an app to be this bad. It’s practically unusable. Y’all could do so much better. I hope Wedding Pro is doing well financially, because they really need to invest in their app development. As a new user, who is very excited about their new storefront. Please create a better app. Start over from scratch if you have to. Just make it work and usable please. If you do I will update my review.

How are you willing to charge the hard working vendors what you charge but still run such a badly managed App?? At some point it becomes better to just ignore this app all together and do everything online, which even then, is still super buggy unless you use a different browser. 
Do yourselves a favor, stop putting your resources towards giving us fake clients and instead give us an app that works and make it worth our while. At this rate I’m going to end up dropping you altogether.

If you do business off of an iPhone, this app is not going to work. It rarely works. It will send me notifications of an inquiry, but I have to access it from a browser within the app itself. It just recycles and recycles and recycles. They have been updating this app for the three years that I’ve been on it. It has never worked properly. However, they continue to increase the price point at which they charge for their monthly fees. They told me that they were going to offer me some sort of booking incentive where they put me on a front. I don’t think that ever happened. I’ve had multiple brides. Tell me that even when they filter down to black owned or woman owned hair and make up my profile still doesn’t come up and there are not a lot of black owned businesses on this platform to begin with so at this point, I’m really not quite sure what I’m paying for. Especially considering that on average I’m spending about $400 a month to advertise on this platform and my lead I’ve done nothing but go down even with me continuing to update them the way in which they suggest that we do so very disappointing.

This app is so frustrating as a vendor who pays for her business site through wedding wire monthly. I have to log in and out of the app every time I want to see my messages. And half of the time it keeps spinning and loading over and over and never allows me to log in, to which I have to log in through the desktop.

This app is the worst. I don’t know what bugs they “fixed” because it’s terrible. It constantly is logging you out, doesn’t notify you when clients send their inquiries, and you constantly just receive that the app is loading. I would not use this app if I could avoid it. Clearly they don’t care about having even a basic functioning app.
