Don’t sign up for this app and company it’s a bunch of B.S.!!!! I followed and everything I was told to do through their app and videos and never and I mean never got one job to earn any kind of of money!!! I don’t what I did wrong I certainly have enough experience in a lot things they were looking for but still I never got one job to do not any I don’t know why so I just deleted the app and am going on with life so don’t waste your time they are too picky pick.
It will spam you with emails randomly. I got hit with over a hundred emails and text at once. I unsubscribe from the text deleted the app but I can’t unsubscribe from the email. It’s extremely annoying to deal with.
The pay is a complete insult…the jobs are not worth taking. They expect you to drive almost an hour with most jobs…and for only about $15 or $16 bucks…
Do not try this app! They have a horrible support system that will give you tone deaf replies, seem uninterested in making the process easier for you, and give you an attitude as if you’re an idiot for asking a certain question. Imagine calling for confirmation because the instructions are not clear and receiving attitude? Also for customers, look elsewhere! You cannot expect professional service from a company that does not treat contractors professionally.
The app doesn’t push the available looks enough, if at all. It worked great for a while and now, nothing. I’m lucky to get one look every two weeks or so, if even that. Huge disappointment
It won’t let you sign in. When you try to become a looker it gives you a blank screen. Then if you try to sign in or even reset your password it says failed. When you try to get app support it tells you to close the page because someone could be trying to get your personal info?? Definitely needs work if want people to sign up for your services.
I live in a rural farm country. This outfit seems to think $16 pay to drive 70 miles round trip is fair. They are idiots. $1 per mile and $50 per hour isn’t too much to expect for the use of my car and time as an independent contractor.
The last update was three weeks ago and the app crashes every time I try to open it. Yet you continue to send me emails and texts asking me to work. I’d love to and relay that in my texts, but cannot until the app has a new update. Which I also relay. Please fix this!
