The Hardware is Perfect, But the Software is very Bad.

App cannot connect to server making lock completely useless.

I don't know if the app was a high school project for a Chinese kid or what... But the English the app is completely nonsensical. Beyond that, the Bluetooth connectivity is absolutely awful. Our case use has drivers coming in and out of our office for keys to different vehicles all day everyday. Using a static code for each staff member is worthless since it only logs that a static pin was used, not which pin it was. That would be the whole idea of logging this data. Using the pic was the workaround for the terrible bt connectivity, but we're stuck with the drivers coming in and fumbling with their phones until it decided to connect, if it does, and then separately logging which key they took. This app should be used in classes as an example of what terrible ux and functionality.

PLEASE HELP!!!! I cannot get a password reset and have been locked out of my account for my rental home! It’s a disaster and there is no contact for the company!!!

The key box is ok But the app is not intuitive at all And the key log system is missing the 4th row So I can’t input information for every 4th slot 4, 8 ,12, 16, etc so kinda useless The app needs a lot of work

You don’t need the app to set the code on the particular cabinet I bought. They make you think you need the app so they can get personal info from you. You can set the code to whatever you like, without it.

The app is very simple and it does the job. However it lacks time schedule option to auto activate/deactivate auto lock feature between preset times. For example I don’t want auto lock during the day, but I want it to work during the night.

App could use some attention to detail. Primary issue I have is when you are connected remotely via wifi you cannot see if the door is locked or unlocked. Feature is only available via Bluetooth.

I only hate that when you want to lock the door it’s locks two times I found it battery consuming over time I hope there an update can fix this.
