SLEEP & BODY Pulls from Apple Health to surface a per-night hypnogram (Awake / REM / Core / Deep), weekly stage averages, steps, active calories, heart rate, and workouts - without leaving the app. INSIGHTS A gentle reading of your last 7 / 30 / 90 days: trend direction, weekend bumps, luteal-phase water retention, low-deep-sleep weeks, hydration streaks, and event impacts pulled from your calendar. Long-press to snooze or dismiss; tap "Why this?" to see the reasoning. CYCLE (OPTIONAL) Log your period dates and flow level (Light / Medium / Heavy). Cycle phase shows up on Home and Insights when it's relevant - and hides cleanly when it isn't. HYDRATION Quick-add buttons for water intake. Streaks and weekly summaries in Insights. QUIET BY DEFAULT No streaks shouting at you. No social feed. No subscription required for the core experience. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to bring your own AI key for photo-based meal logging. CHAT WITH YOUR DATA Ask questions in plain English - "how was my sleep last week?", "is my weight trending up?", "did dinners out hit my weigh-in?" The model only sees what you can already see in the app, summarized as numbers. Free plan: 5 questions a day; Plus / Pro lift the cap. FOOD & MEAL LOG Tap a craving chip - sweet, salty, fatty, alcohol = to stamp the moment; patterns surface after five. Snap a photo of a meal for a quick calorie estimate (Plus / Pro plans). Add a note like "no dressing" or "double portion" and the model adjusts. Daily calorie target adjustable any time, no judgement. PRIVACY HealthKit data stays on your device. Weight, cycle, meal, sleep, and craving logs never leave it.
