Collaboration with App owners is imperative and there is nothing bad in trialing for free app, only in cases when your app is bad (like yours) so you charge people up front with no refund option.

I tried many other apps that work great with walking counting your steps and measuring everything in the background. This app can’t do that, you have to be in it in order to work, so any calls you get during your walk or music play in parallel will stop it- very outdated! When I asked forna refund as I realised how bad app was within 5min of trying it, they rejected. Very petty for just £12.99, as this is only income stream they have, no one would subscribe to this long term ever.

I’ve really liked this app. I walked before but this has given me more of a mission about it. I also take part in aqua 3 times a week but it was hard to fit in sometimes and the app doesn’t give you much of a choice as to rest days . All in all though very pleased and losing a stone in weight has made me very happy thanks . 😃

I downloaded this app 1 year ago, I didn’t use it so cancelled and deleted the app almost straight away. Fast forward 1 year and out the blue they have taken £38.99 from my bank without any prior warning for a service I haven’t used or intend to use.

After purchasing based upon the content I entered the set up procedure and was disappointed. There are some good features that inspired me to purchase but the ‘Trainers’ voices and ‘enthusiastic’ tone to me are irritating. I disliked all of the choices available as they were overly joyous. Personally I would prefer a more disciplined guidance tone and in a European Caribbean Asian or Antipodean accent that would provide more selection and thus appeal to a wider international audience.

After finishing one set of level, the music does not work. Also when I tried to install the app again with this issue, all datas recorded have disappeared which was very frustrating. 
However this app helped me to lose weight of 8kg for about 4 months. I hope to fix the music issue.

To successfully lose weight you need to seriously cut down on calorie intake… energy is so easy to eat, but soooo hard to expend!
