I cannot believe that in an economic crisis as big as this with the loss of my job and they won’t do anything to help. The lady said that they are giving 1 month free only to find out they are deferring the payment. If I’m done payment in July and she is offering me April free why is it my payment now ends in August ? Do the maths. I call her on this and she claims it’s free. The sad part is this money comes out automatically on my Visa. How can people be so heartless. I am not lying - jobs are loss and the people hearts have grown cold like the bible said. Is Weight watchers so broke that they refuse to help us? I hope Opera can weigh in on this since she advertises for them. Keep taking money from people that have no jobs and see the wrath come down on you all. I am lifting your company up in Gods hands. I hope more people can write reviews on what they are doing. Amen God be with Weigh watchers

New WW app features worthwhile
I really love the new features in the app. Having the macro nutrients has been fabulous and a new incentive to track my food. I like the photo scanner, although it is not always perfectly accurate it is easy to make the slight corrections and is much easier than having to track all the food by hand. I LOVE scanning recipes as well as being able to import them. Saves so much time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I am a bit frustrated that saturated fat is not separated in micronutrients and I would like calories to be included. I also feel the app could be improved a little more for recipe creation. Often I still can’t find larger quantities such as cups for an item and have to resort to counting 16 Tablespoons for a recipe which is nonsense. Also the WW recipes could use more pictures or description in teaching how to create the recipes. Still I love the app and use it for many things.
