I think I just signed up for Weight Watchers??? I accepted a $10 a month locked in for 10 months, but it is very confusing. Where do I start when I went to download the app all of a sudden it asked me if I wanted to pay on PayPal for the app??? I need some help. Is there a human to speak to? I need a phone number. Weight Watchers app has been very effective in helping me monitor the impacts of what I eat and how much I eat.  I discovered a medium latte and a pumpkin bread at Starbucks, a normal holiday treat, totaled almost a days worth of points.  A quarter cup of organic omega-3 trail mix is 1/4 of my daily points.  so I am a much more educated eater now.  And I love that there are so many free point healthy foods that I can eat when I have eaten all my daily points.  Would recommend this for anyone.
