## Welcome by Virtual Doorman Reviews in United States

### *---- "Latest Update = more glitches"
App is always inconsistent in being able to easily open doors, but latest update has made much worse. Half the time, the app makes you re-login and then click through pop-ups of “new features” all to just be able to swipe open a door.
-- Inconsistent & glitchy, 2025-01-07

### **--- "Great until it stops working"
The app worked fine after I signed up. Then it stopped working, I got locked out of my apartment, the rep I spoke with recommended no next steps after telling me he couldn’t open the door remotely, and now I’ve been waiting 3 days to hear back on my support ticket.
-- Timmysstones, 2024-07-19

### ***** "Great app for safety"
This app gives me peace of mind, it’s like having my own personal security guard in my pocket.
-- CFV 37, 2024-01-24

### ***** "A life saver"
The app works well. Saved me a few times when I left my keys at home walking the dog.
