Contacted customer support before hand to see how we ensure we had a large enough vehicle to accommodate two people travelling with two bike boxes. I followed their system and several times drives showed up with no big enough vehicles. They said they couldn’t see the notes for bike boxes on their side of the app. I had drivers cancel with me last minute and sat it was my fault so I would get charged instead of them. I had the company cancel on me two hours before a transfer because they couldn’t find anyone so I was on my own last minute. Found them super unreliable. It was easier and faster than an Uber or taxi. Our driver texted us through the app seamless easy.
