Unprofessional, rude and charged us for additional luggage even though it was the same at pick up. We travel and use services like this all the time and have never been treated with such disrespect. AVOID!!! This experience will be shared with all other travelers through the Hilton Community and Expedia. Crooks.
Driver was awesome, spoke good English and arrived on time. He asked us what music we liked and put it on radio!
I was nervous about getting around and this company was waiting for us with a sign, had no problem locating our driver. The driver was very friendly and shared local tips and recommendations. We used the service on our return and same experience. Highly recommend them!
Jakub was extremely helpful and provided lots of great information on lesser-known things to do in Prague. Highly recommend!

Booked a ride from Athens airport a couple of weeks ago. The app says that the driver will monitor your flight. I don’t know how this is possible because the app didn’t prompt me to add in my flight info. Driver arrived on time but our flight was delayed 1 hour. Driver charged us a fee for every 15 min he waited. He was a nice person, very pleasant-offered up all kinds of suggestions on what we should see, but why should I pay for him to wait? Our return ride to the airport was fine. Driver arrived at our apartment right on time (3am). Was pleasant. No surprise fees. There’s no way to tip drivers in the app. So you need to have cash. Overall: some good, some bad. Decent alternative if ride sharing apps aren’t used in the country you’re traveling in.

We’ve used WP several times over the last year as my family of 6 has been traveling full time. Each time the process becomes more distanced and more automated from the actual driver. Which would be fine until it’s not. 15 minutes after booking, I noticed an error on my pickup time. I sent an email through their terrible chat service, and tried to follow up prior to travel. WP’s solution to moving my pickup time was to delete my customer service chat record, maintain the reservation as active, yet not send anyone to pick us up. I called the emergency line upon arrival @ GIG and was told that because I didn’t pay the $10 time-change fee they had decided not to send a driver. The only way I received a refund was by disputing the charge on my CC. I’ll not be using WP ever again and will be using Jayride from here on out.
Very reasonable around trip price from airport to destination. Easy communication with drivers and all drivers are very professional.
