I really love this app. If you’re looking for a welding community that will give you feedback, advice and help you out in anything related to welding, this is it right here! Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a professional established welder, people are always willing to answer any questions. The app is constantly improving and there is great content in their learning section. Not to mention the welding calculator, shop, and job board.
This app has a lot of solid educational content from knowledge professionals and is a great way to showcase your own work or get feedback from others in the welding industry to help dial in your welding abilities.
App looks good and seems like a great place/community but I feel like I can’t ever get a couple photos or a photo/video post to ever actually upload. I was successful on my first post but haven’t been successful since. Seems like I can only post one photo or video at a time now.
Saw the videos from Weld.com on YouTube and wanted to join to support, but will not give access to my private photos on my phone as required to download app.
Glad to have a network of people in the welding industry and great trainings all in one place.
There’s lots of useful information and educational resources, the hosts are super knowledgeable in their fields, and there’s always someone willing to help when you need advice.
Downloaded the app for free two days ago got a new phone and now it wants me to pay for it ? No thanks
I understand that this app isn’t very old. In fact, it’s very new. This comes with some things that aren’t perfect but can definitely be easily fixed.For example, the app asks what your interests are after signing up with an account.I don’t see the need for this as there seems to be nothing focused on anything I picked. If there could different sections of the app where the interests are more separated that would be ideal. The other complaint and the one that I think that is the most important. I simply cannot post on the app. I have tried many times and have even tried re-downloading the app and nothing seems to work. Other than that this app is something I have been dreaming about. I love to see games and social media specifically for welders.Keep it up guys and gals!
This app solves a problem that the welding industry has needed to address for years. Indexable education combined with social media and high profile influencers is making welding cool again. I wonder what improvements Weld.com has planned for future updates?
This app has such a great user experience and has such a wonderful social networking for the welding industry. Tons of connections, courses, tips and tricks and a wealth of knowledge!
