## Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions Description
The online repeat prescriptions app from Well Pharmacy makes it easy to get your NHS prescription. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll ask your GP to approve it, then our pharmacy teams dispense, check and send your prescription in discreet packaging. 

We can deliver direct to your door via Royal Mail, at no cost to you or the NHS. You can also use Click and Collect, to pick up your prescription for free from a Well pharmacy you choose at a time that’s convenient for you. Click and Collect is only available in some of our pharmacies at the moment, but we’re increasing the number of pharmacies you can collect from every week. 

As we work with the NHS, we accept all forms of exemption. If you don't pay for your prescriptions, you can upload a photo showing evidence that you don't pay. If you pay for your prescription, you’ll pay the current standard NHS prescription cost.

If you have any questions about your online repeat prescription, you can speak to one of our pharmacists. Our chat service is available in our mobile and web app, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm. 

About Well 

Well have over 70 years of experience helping customers with their health and medication needs, and over 780 pharmacies across the UK. 

We deliver online prescriptions via Royal Mail. Delivery is free and takes between 2 and 4 days. If your medicine needs to be temperature controlled, we’ll use Woolcool to make sure it’s the right temperature when it reaches you. 

Click and Collect takes up to 2 working days from when you’ve selected Click and Collect in the app. 

At the moment, we can only work with GPs in England who use EPS (electronic prescription service). 

If you need to change your delivery address, you can do this in the app before we send your prescription. When you need to reorder your medicine, we’ll send you a reminder to help make sure you don’t run out. You can also keep track of your order through the app. 

It’s easy to get started with our online prescription delivery service, all you need is your GP’s address. Well Pharmacy is registered with the NHS, MHRA, GPhC and LegitScript.

I have contacted pharmacy over 10 times about my medication, it keeps on getting "delayed", I keep on having to reconfirm my delivery at odd times of day when it is clearly obvious I want the medication as soon as possible.

I keep on being told it will arrive soon, it has been escalated or other things but it still has not arrived, i'm not even sure it's been dispatched yet, as royal mail tracking link says it was started at 9pm last night...

Seems like they are utterly disorganised.

I have had similar issues with this pharmacy in the past, they had no care for the patient.

I did not even select this pharmacy but somehow they auto took over my prescription that I sent the pharmacy2u, who are equally bad tbh.

Get blunt replies and no proper information.

This app is the worst app ever it’s actually unbelievable these people are playing with peoples lives ,EVERY MONTH it is problems and they have no manners because they never apologise ,you can see they have a attitude through the messages they send , every month I have to wait 4-5 days for my prescription to be approved then they take days to dispatch it ,the longest I’ve waited is 8 days which is why I’m writing this review because I am still waiting for it to be dispatched my doctor has approved it so why is it taking 7 days to be dispatched , I have run out I have anxiety and depression and I am a mess because of their monthly delay ,even when I order it well in advance they fail me every single time .after I receive this medication ile never use this app again I will go to the pharmacy myself to sort out my meds it’s less hassle doing it that way . Absolutely ridiculous this app needs to be shut down

Since signing up to Well’s online Pharmacy service I have left those queues at the Pharmacy far behind me.
Such a straight forward process to reorder my prescription’s then excellent communication all the way to the prescription arriving.

Been using this app for years and never had any issues, however recently they keep saying my GP hasn’t approved my order, when I can see in the NHS app they have. So both times I’ve had to cancel the order, due to running out of medication. I always order in the time frame they recommend.

Every month they send me capsules when my prescription stipulates ‘tablets or caplets only, no capsules thank you’. The label says tablets but the box and contents are always capsules. They are going to kill someone if they can’t cross check medication and labels correctly. I have had enough and moving to a different company.
