Having to enter user name and password every time as a pain. Will not use saved passwords or Face ID. The app cannot find local pharmacies. The website does just fine, but the app is useless for this. Will not save ID card to Apple wallet. Probably the most useless app I have ever tried to use.

It shows my coverage is not active and show no meds for the past 6 months. The system does not show the 2025 ID. Needs lots of work to be usable. It does not save login or password and requires a code from email to get in. How about save login and password and send code via text messages.

Wellcare’s online presence is absolutely worthless, whether through this app or through their website. For whatever reason, my Apple devices are unable to save my Wellcare password, so I pretty much have to change it anytime I want to communicate with them. Even then, the menu is limited and not user friendly.  This has been an ongoing problem, and obviously, WellCare doesn’t care to spend the time to work on it.

Can't sign in; I go from entering user name and password to entering an e-mailed verification code and then back to entering user name, etc. Went around several times before giving up. As a new subscriber I hope your Rx plan works a lot better than your app.

### *---- "Very Confusing Website, Useless Phone Help"
When trying to set up the online account, when I entered the wrong information, I was not told what was wrong. This site requires a dash between each number of the birth date. I am so used to using the forward slash on the websites I use, that I did not realize that even though the sample birthdate was: xx-xx-xxxx , a dash was needed between the numbers, as was shown. So this was my mistake of course. However, the phone rep did not realize, even though this was supposed to be website support, and told me it was too soon to create an online account even though the email I received stated that I could do that now. On the next screen I entered the wrong zip code, which of course was entirely my fault, but the screen did tell which information was wrong and the phone rep did not notice that I was saying the wrong zip code, as I was filling out the form. Eventually I figured it out myself and I now have an online account. It remains to be seen if it will be easy enough for me to use. I doubt that I will be able to use it. The last 2 Medicare Drug companies had the same awful, confusing information online and by phone. By the way, several reps who did not have the required information have been in other companies also : Apple, Verizon, Optimum, my medical group, which is unfortunately named Optum which only adds to the problems. Websites and systems are definitely not designed with the customer in mind.

The only thing it may accomplish is show your current WellCare is card. 
It will not find your Dr, will not find any pharmacy, will not help with prescriptions.
Calling WellCare will most likely be annoying because talking with an AI service that may not help. It will take some extra effort on your part to talk with a rep that will most likely be hard to understand. What else is new just like everything else out there. When will companies actually care to improve business with them. Who ever does will be a true leader and the most successful in their business.

I’ve been trying to sign up, but it says it’s going to send me a confirmation number, but I never receive it. I have spent over three days trying to sign up without luck. Wellcare+ is useless.

A new standard for how low can they go. If there ever was a case for a 0.0 star rating, this is the app. 
App went from a 1.6 to a 1.5 rating. The only way an app this poor could git a 1.5 rating is if WellCare is hiring people to write fake reviews to make this app look better than it actually is.
