It’s a handy app that helps you see what elements of your wellbeing needs a little help and it provides you with handy tips, videos and audio. Being a bad sleeper I find the audio meditations invaluable! The challenges are cool too where it helps you create positive habits so you can make positive changes or reach your goals. Another great feature is the ‘buddy up’ - where you can choose a buddy that can see when you are trending up or down and it’s a great way to get support from those you trust.
