Such a pain to setup new router
I’ve got 5 devices. Had to change WiFi router. Wemo doesn’t make it easy to change. Just a simple WiFi router switch should take seconds to do. But no over an hour trying to change just 1 switch and still no result.

My Wemo light switch worked for awhile, then the intermittent connection issues began. Worse, pressing the physical button results in the switch making a click sound but does not actually turn on or off the lights. The button should always work, regardless of software bugs or wifi connectivity. Do not use this brand.
Great when working. Spend forever getting them to work again if issue. Apple Home compatible should be in quotations. These should be much easier to set up. Prepare to be frustrated.
I thought Belkin was a reputable company. The complete lack of improvement is wildly unacceptable. Pairing and management is a disaster. Add switches to HomeKit, WeMo app sees them and offers to add to WeMo, but it fails every time. No ability to build out rooms or groups. Switching WiFi networks is a disaster. Basically have to reset the whole switch and lose all integrations. It’s just a mess.
Horrible time trying to reconnect this device - had to throw it out and by a different device - don’t waste your money
Never works. Every feature doesnt/hardly works. Seems likes its out of date even after updates. From these other reviews it must just be me or it could just be bots rating this app highly.
Once working, Wemo should continue to work. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to either reset the Wemo bridge or my router. You know it’s not working on the switches when the WeMo light is flashing when that is the case it is only a physical wall switch. Recently, I had a Wemo switch fail after three months installed we did not have any kind of replacement to offer. They only promised a check which now has taken more than a month in processing.
I have many devices from several manufacturers on my HomeKit setup. WEMO devices are the least supported and most problematic by far. It’s so bad, that Belkin won’t see another dime from me.
Every time we lose power, I have to go out and set it and it takes 2 to 3 days and multiple attempts to get it right this is the worst product I have used in years
I have several of these from various generations. I have trouble with them staying connected to the Wemo app and am constantly needing to delete and reinstall them. About ready to go back to old fashioned timer which just worked. When they work they are great, it is just taking too much time and effort to keep them working.
