Happy New Year
One of the Better for customization, but…
One of the better fast food apps available, between the ability to use rewards and offers together regardless of order type(some exceptions for delivery only offers). Also good sandwich topping customization, offering “No, Lite, Reg, Xtra” My one suggestion would be to add the same customization levels for ice in drinks. It’s always terrible to get a drink that’s 1/3 ice.

There is always missing. No drinks, no sauce, no chilli.:: No, no, no. Most of the workers are not friendly.
Different to manage payments.
The app is difficult to manage payments, especially with gift cards. It should be easy to take off the remaining balance on your gift card and charge the difference on your credit card. It’s 2024 and almost every app can do this.
App not user friendly
You’re app is not user friendly :(. However, your food is great!
I can’t see my order.
I go to open the bag to see what I have ordered, and it is a blank screen with my payment and delivery options on it. I can’t use your app if it doesn’t work.
No apple pay?
No apple pay in 2024 is a joke
Can't use gift card on app
I added the money on the app but there's no option to actually use the money, it just says $20.00 annnnnd thats it!
