I’ve used the original app for 3/4 years, excellent value, works well However after being ‘forced’ to install an update, yesterday, I’ve had to reregister my phone number for the account but more importantly the $10 in credit I had built up has been wiped out due to the update I’ve emailed’ we-phone’ to complain but to date no response... seriously NOT happy 😡😡

SO BAD - NO LONGER USEABLE :((
I have been using WePhone for years and been please with it. Today 6/4/21I tried to make a call and it came up that I needed to update the App. When I tried to update the my credit has gone. No payment history no call history. This means I have lost all my credit and can no longer use the App. This is SO BAD OF WePhone TO TAKE MY MONEY BY FORCE. It has also DELETED all my IMPORTANT recorded calls Very disappointed :((((
