Werdsmith: Writing App

When opening the app today, i thought it was glitched. The new design looks horrible in dark mode. Using pitchblack dark as darkmode is not the way to go. Its too harsh on the eyes. The new navigation in the text is unnecessary and almost obnoxious to use and the old ghostwriting function was better. The wordcount suddenly is on top of the screen which actually bothers me when reading. I have been using this app for a while now and paid for it. I use it several hours on most days but seeing this catastrophe of an update, i am willing to switch to a different one if i find something that fits. I dont even think i want to get used to this chaos. Please give us the option to use the old UI and design! 🙏

Es ist einfach die App zu bedienen und sie hilft bei Blockaden, weiß wie viele Wörter man geschrieben hat, die Lese Zeit,… Es ist einfach die nächsten Kapitel anzufangen und man hat in 0, nichts 2.000 Wörter mehr geschrieben

This app is great and I find it very useful for beginner writers such as me. The concept is easy to understand and I like that it is free to use. I didn’t try the premium version cause it’s no need for a beginner like me. You can write without an account but if you make an account you can be pretty sure that at least your backups are archived. 4/5 because it’s nothing to extraordinary but still great!

99€ für ein Jahr plus Nutzung. Dafür dass du darin schreibst wie ein Journal. Natürlich wenn du zahlst bezahlst du einen Ai Bot aka Ghostwriter. Wer also denkt dass es ein Social Writer Park ist um sich auszutoben, liegt falsch. Muss man selber wissen

Very good app with just the right features: FaceID, on Iphone and Ipad, always status bar and project goals. All very good! But the actual writing screen looks hard to read. The text is too small and the formatting options are almost non-existent. This is a big bummer for me. The whole page setup and text size needs to be adjustable otherwise there is no way I could write in this app for long stretches of time. Text need to be as easy to read as possible, otherwise its no good.

I love the app, but do you think there will be a computer version soon, I want to have it on my mobile and computer which is not possible at the moment.

All the positive ratings are 2+ years old. The AI writer function is absolutely outdated. They tricked me in a 99,99€ subscription for one year! Incredible. I would have rather burned the money. Again, do not trust this app.

I really like this app it’s cool and I can write my story’s on there without anyone else reading them. But, I thought like in a real book, it would be a good idea to make pages. You don’t have to use them but you can. So, you can customise if you want or don’t want pages. I personally think that it would be better to make a new page for a new chapter. I hope you can implement this idea, that would make this app even more perfect for me and I think also others :).

I paid for the first month and now I am unable to use the Ghostwriter,it keeps recommending me to make a purchase! This is a scam!
