Work out alongside an animated Al Kavadlo as he takes you through more than 40+ unique workouts and over 90 different progressive bodyweight exercises.

Automatic workout logging in the app in the Activity view.
Optional logging to the Health app (iPhone only).

Al Kavadlo is one of the world’s leading experts in bodyweight strength training and calisthenics. The author of several books, including Get Strong, Street Workout, Zen Mind, Strong Body and Pushing The Limits!, Kavadlo is also known for his appearance in the popular Convict Conditioning book series. As lead instructor for the Progressive Calisthenics Certification (PCC), Al gets to bring his unique coaching style to fitness trainers and enthusiasts around the globe.

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Timer und Musik könnten integriert werden. 

Ein Trainingstagebuch wurde zwischenzeitlich integriert.

Geniales Program. Vor allem ist es gut für ein Konditionstraining geeignet. Mir fehlt die Funktion aus vorgeschlagenen Workouts einen eigenen Ablauf zu basteln oder einen vorgeschlagen zu folgen. In übrigen ist definitiv sehr hilfreiches Programm

Finde die App echt gelungen, vor allem für mich als Einsteiger simple Basics à la convict conditioning/PCC. Reicht für den Anfang auch, human flag Training ist zwar inkludiert, aber für mich erst noch lange nicht in Sicht. Würde mir aber eine Möglichkeit wünschen, in der man sieht wieviele Sätze man gemacht hat oder generell einen Tracker mit grafischer Darstellung dazu wär toll. Und mehr Motivation von Al😊

Mir gefällt die App sehr gut! Die Workouts können richtig fordern! Einzig die Verbindung mit dem Apple Account wäre schön gewesen. So kauft man die App und kann sie nur auf dem Gerät nutzen, auf dem man sie gekauft hat! Wer Al's Werke und YouTube Channel kennt, findet in dieser App eine gute Erweiterung.
