weRead is a simple app for early reading/spelling education. It features 6 activities to teach these subjects through symbol and sound recognition, and will automatically increase/decrease difficulty as your child progresses. weRead uses bare-bones animations to give children positive reinforcement when they succeed without overstimulation.
