Unable to access modules due to not working. Workouts work great! Needs personalized nutrition, needs photo nutrients logging, and needs better customer service. I am mostly prompted to delete and reinstall app or restart phone. Please fix ease of app.

I just can’t believe for the monthly amount  how poorly this app functions. If it isn’t one thing it’s another. Challenges freeze and/or erase progress. Courses sometimes work and sometimes don’t. The operational consistency is really bad. It’s a shame bc Senada and other instructors are incredible! Workouts are the BEST!

I love this program and I’m so glad I’ve started. This couldn’t be more perfect. First workout had to look ahead and see if I could do the workouts and figure out if I could pause when I need so it took some getting used to but once I got it. I would prefer the trainer talking you through how to do it because then I have to read how it’s supposed to be done more time consuming but still love this program. My favorite part is that if you can’t do an exercise there is so many alternative options which is so helpful and because of that I don’t skip any of the exercises. I take a bit longer to finish but not much more and eventually I’m sure I will be able to go with the time they give you. Feel great and I’m sure I will start to see results soon. I can’t wait. I use the keto diet most days with of course some cheat days and I’m already feeling more fit. Definitely helping the weight loss and things getting tighter.

I love the app overall. There have been some glitches, however. At times, the warmup will show that I have completed some or all of the warmup exercises when I first open it. I am also not loving the addition of the difficulty rating when I track my reps and weight. Other than those minor things, I am loving the app. It keeps me accountable to myself and I am seeing real results.
