With a completely flat check with perfect corners on a solid black surface, attempts to take a photo of the front of the check always fail with "Oops. Check corners torn or folded. Move closer and ensure check corners are flat and not damaged." It doesn't matter if I use Auto or Manual, with or without flash, I get the same error every time. When I use this app on my wife's iPhone 15 then SnapDeposit of the exact same check on the exact same surface worked just fine. I wish Wescom would finally fix this as it's been a problem for me since I upgraded to a 15 Pro a year ago. -- IAmKale, 2024-12-06 ### ****- "Audio stops playing when I launch this app" Overall a very positive upgrade. However, this app now interferes with audio playback from podcast and music apps any time I launch it. Audio just stops playing. ADDITIONAL ISSUE: I’m not liking the account layout of account details particularly for my credit card account, as it shows my AVAILABLE credit as the headline number in a larger, bolder font. I’d prefer this headline number be my amount due. As it is now, the amount due is in a smaller thinner font off to the side. UPDATE DEC 2024: Thank you for fixing this audio issue.
