### *---- "App is poorly designed no live assistance"
I’ve signed up for a year membership after a 6 month trial. I think it’s great BUT there is a problem with the app in that it suddenly at times stops midstream and will not continue the workout to the next block. There’s no solution to this. I’ve tried restarting the workout and fast forwarding it to where it stopped and then I’ll get stuck in the same situation … unable to move to the next workout.  I tried the help option and the contact wrote me back and said sometimes the app stops if you fast forward to prevent people from “skipping ahead” (ie akin to “cheating”). I have not done that, but who cares if I do if I AM PAYING TO USE THE APP?  I am so frustrated. I work out to help me physically and mentally and this approach to customer care is detrimental to both. I can’t express how angry I am about my money being taken and my time wasted simply trying to do a workout.

I joined the WeShape challenge, and love the workouts. The best thing I liked is the idea of ‘movement’, rather than, ‘exercise’, because it helped to shift my mindset and be more aware of everything that I am doing to move my body throughout the day, not just the actual structured movements within the program. Speaking of the structured movements, it is great to be able to do workouts geared towards my level, and to increase or decrease based on what is comfortable and good for my body. Hopefully, I will be able to join the program when my funds are in better condition. I learned so much and will continue with what the program has taught me thus far. Diane

I love that WeShape doesn’t focus on the scale. Instead, they’re going in a different direction and helping people focus on how they feel through movement and education around toxic diet culture. The workouts are extremely customizable and shifting my focus from calorie burning to movement has made my body oh so happy!
