Capture GPS location, timestamps, notes, mood, and live selfies for every event — all from your phone. How It Works Sign in with your phone number and get started in seconds. Each day, log events as you work — check in, check out, add notes, track your mood, and snap a selfie to confirm your presence. Everything is tied to your GPS location and timestamped automatically. Key Features Event Capture: Log check-ins, check-outs, notes, moods, and task completions with a single tap Live Selfie Verification: Take a front-facing photo to confirm your presence at the work site GPS Location Tracking: Automatically records your coordinates with every event Mood Tracking: Select from six mood options — Happy, Neutral, Tired, Frustrated, Focused, or Strong — to reflect how your day is going Task Management: View and complete assigned tasks, attach proof photos, and track progress Projects: Stay organized with project-based workflows including scoped tasks and group chat Offline First: Events are saved locally and sync automatically when you're back online. No lost data, even without signal Check-in History: Review past days with full event timelines, photos, and status tracking Daily Status: Each day's check-in can be submitted for review and tracked as Draft, Submitted, Approved, or Rejected Built for the Field Weshine Checkins is designed for people who work on-site and need a fast, reliable way to document their day. The offline-first approach means you never lose an event, even in areas with poor connectivity. Events queue up on your device and sync when a connection is available. Simple & Secure Sign in with your phone number using a one-time code. Your data is securely stored and only accessible to you and your team administrators. Whether you're logging a morning check-in, noting an issue on-site, or completing an assigned task with a proof photo, Weshine Checkins keeps everything organized and accounted for. ## Weshine Checkins Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/23/83/51/23835129-163a-2377-9d32-89e56eb232ac/IMG_1357_.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/dd/e9/dc/dde9dc11-d008-ea4e-784b-11c521015fcb/IMG_1358_.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/f9/28/2d/f9282d1d-56b8-3e37-56a3-a9b2a1def9b3/IMG_1360_.PNG/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e7/8e/77/e78e7701-579e-59c1-a104-8b410b4bc50f/IMG_1359_.PNG/1242x2688.png) ## Weshine Checkins Available In - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/weshine-checkins-ILcz/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/weshine-checkins-ILcz/china) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/weshine-checkins-ILcz/malaysia) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/weshine-checkins-ILcz/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
