## WEST ALABAMA BANK MOBILE Reviews in United States

### ***** "Yesss, I’m loving it!!!"
One of the better choices I’ve made financially!!!
-- Ms. Musiq, 2024-10-01

### ***** "Great App Even Better Bank"
Great app!! Bill pay and transfers are super easy to make

Another great service from WAB!!
-- Frequently Traveler, 2024-06-28

### ***** "Keep up the good work"
I enjoy the app and find it very helpful. Though i am a little dissatisfied that when looking through your statement/transactions, it doesn’t show up green for credits. I did appreciate that. I would even appreciate it more if it showed up green for credits and red for debits. Easier to see and weird since the credits are no longer green.
-- SHADE2K15, 2022-07-29

### *---- "Hate It"
This app is pitiful! Always down! Nothing wrong with the one we had before. I hate this app! They wanted us to do our banking online now I can’t even log in to see my balance etc. PLEASE DO SOMETHING! We need help with this!!!! Carrollton AL

### *---- "It never works when you need it."
This app shows more errors and won’t log in more times than it actually works. It’s literally every other day here lately. What’s the point of having an app that doesn’t work.
-- jxjfjfkdkxkz, 2021-06-29

### ***** "The Best Bank Ever"
We’ve been West Alabama Bank customers for about 40 years. They’re the most helpful and friendly bank around!!
-- JanesaE, 2021-01-02

### **--- "Needs improvement"
The app times out a lot! Most of the time I can even sign in. Some updates really need to be done.
-- oiiuhhh, 2020-04-15

### ****- "More futures"
The app works good but there can be more, like have alerts when money is deposited into you account. Also when you take a picture of you check we shouldn’t have to wait until the next business day for it to deposit instead it can be deposit instantly, same goes with the ATM because money may need to be available at the time of deposit.
-- Wade_Bama, 2020-01-11

### *---- "Can’t log in"
Keeps deleting my face id and won’t let me log in
-- Ton8301, 2019-03-12

### ***** "All I use"
Great app it’s all I use, don’t have to go to the bank much anymore
-- Kjo56, 2019-01-15
