The new website is the best I have ever experienced. It tells me when I made a payment to one of my bills or purchase. This also informs me when a payment has been declined as the card account is no longer active.,a very important part of doing business. Thank you for your service.

New version of the app is awful. Does not show balance difference per transaction like it did before the update, and overall is not nearly as easy to navigate. New version of the app is also very slow, and lags often. Rather than notifying me via a notification from the app, it now sends an email I have to delete every single time a transaction is made.

Since the new update I have throughly disliked the app. It doesn’t use the features from my phone enabling dark mode. It’s how even more time consuming to navigate through the app to find what I need. 

I also dislike that it does not show what I was at previous balance after a transaction like it had done before. The only good thing to come is I don’t have to fight the dumb app to sign in as I had to previously do. 

You guys just need to take the features from the new update and convert it back to old look because this new look is way to much. I don’t even like using the app anymore unless i absolutely have to.

The most recent update dec 2024 was the worst update for this application. Everything takes so long to load and is lagging every single page, every single button I press. The numbers are hard to read. I do not enjoy using this App at all. Please change it back to the old design.

This app was terrific until December 2024 when they changed it. It’s now essentially just a website and they’re calling it an app. Much harder to use than the old app.
