## West Elm Reviews in United States

### ***** "Suggestion"
This has been very helpful app, it would be great if in the favorites section the price was listed
-- OCFan10039, 2024-12-27

### *---- "App crashes when return request"
The app keeps crashing when I try to file a return request, making it impossible to use.
-- greendeer.hh, 2024-12-20

### **--- "Website needs updating"
Seems to lag and not user friendly on checkout. Should be a lot easier and user friendly in 2024
-- RUESSC, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Furnishing small apartment"
Happy with selections, availability, delivery, and price.
-- Linnea L, 2024-12-13

### ***** "Fabulous look!"
The Amber Juliana stemware glasses were the hit of our celebration!
-- Rosieb29, 2024-12-12

### ***** "Well made stylish pieces with lots of selection"
A mix of classic and contemporary pieces of good quality w a ton of fabric options that won’t break your budget.
-- BLE227, 2024-12-10

### **--- "Barely works"
It regularly just empties out my cart, all while I’m logged in. I thought maybe those things got sold out but I checked and they did not. And it bugs out and freezes a lot. Also if you want to go through your favorites and click on an item, the back button will not take you back to your favorites. It will take you back to your account page. So there’s no continuity in the journey there.
-- hip hip hop hooray, 2024-12-01

### ***** "Great Store & Rewards!"
The West Elm app is user friendly, with zero issues. The rewards are a sweet benefit and greatly appreciated. With wonderful finds, it’s been a pleasant experience overall, and highly recommended. I’m a happy customer!
-- Lady Renshaw, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Terrible experience"
Product is sold out and still online available to purchase.
-- KyEddleman, 2024-11-18

### ***** "Beautiful things"
West elm has the most beautiful, QUALITY items for your Christmas decor! I’m never disappointed when I open my packages! Items are better than the photo!
