There is absolutely no response to any of the comments or complaints, total lack of customer service. The ticket prices make no sense, easier and cheaper to buy ticket daily than weekly. -- going- bananas, 2024-05-24 ### *---- "Bus and tram one day off peak??" As of today there is no longer an option to purchase a bus and tram off peak single day ticket. Very unhappy about this!! -- metro_student, 2023-07-03 ### *---- "Awful!" This app is completely unreliable. Unable to buy multiple single tickets to be activated upon opening, continually crashes or does not work. Takes payment but ticket doesn’t load. -- Bondybeers92, 2023-05-18 ### *---- "What a crock" Trying to see times of trams between the stops I use and keeps throwing ‘invalid response’ error. Thanks but no thanks -- jigglybean, 2022-11-21 ### *---- "No routes available" Whenever I try to see when the next tram is the app just tells me there is an error and there are no routes available, I know there are routes available because I take them! -- Mattyh001, 2022-10-25 ### *---- "Won’t open" It won’t even open on my iPhone 11 Pro. Just instantly crashes. -- PhilipOz, 2022-10-19 ### *---- "EO" App hasn’t been working for the past couple of months now. Any reason why that is? Can’t even purchase tram tickets before leaving home as i prefer this to having paper tickets handed to me by the tram conductor. When will there be an update? -- Manny2076, 2022-10-17 ### ****- "Good app" Good application for use -- sukhrav, 2022-08-01 [View all West Midlands Metro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## West Midlands Metro Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Travel | #190 | ## West Midlands Metro Discovered Keywords - tram - wm bus - my metro - nxwm - network west midlands - travel west midlands - west midlands - west midlands bus timetable - west midlands metro - swift card ## Apps Similar to West Midlands Metro - [CrossCountry](https://apptail.io/app/crosscountry-ECb/united-kingdom) - [ABC Cars](https://apptail.io/app/abc-cars-tcd/united-kingdom) - [UK Bus Checker](https://apptail.io/app/uk-bus-checker-Cpf/united-kingdom) - [NX Bus mTicket](https://apptail.io/app/nx-bus-mticket-Wek/united-kingdom) - [Diamond Bus](https://apptail.io/app/diamond-bus-mkn/united-kingdom) - [WMR: Train Tickets & Times](https://apptail.io/app/wmr-train-tickets-times-Kwn/united-kingdom) - [Swift Collector](https://apptail.io/app/swift-collector-syu/united-kingdom) - [TfWM- Powered by Swift](https://apptail.io/app/tfwm-powered-by-swift-Crv/united-kingdom) - [Little Ben's Buses](https://apptail.io/app/little-bens-buses-FmD/united-kingdom) - [247 Cars West Midlands](https://apptail.io/app/247-cars-west-midlands-gEHb/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
