App always isn’t working
Nothing to help
Loaded to my iPad, version 14.0 and does not give me an option to find my log-in when I forgot it after one year. Did not work then. Even visited the store, one person there could not get it to work after one hour! Did not work then, or now (Oct 12, 2020)
Doesn’t Login
Just use the online website because the app basically doesn’t work.
