The online timings for delivering the orders is not working properly. They will delivered the orders after 3 hours. I have a lot of online history from them and it’s all thesame. I hope they will fix the issue and inform the customers if the orders will be delayed.
I can see the application is good now. A lots of improvements. But the DELIVERY TIME IS STILL WORST. Even you placed it morning always 6HRS BEFORE WILL REACHED THE ORDER.
The delivery timing is not accurate once you proceed with the order the time is not the same with what you choose . No use for this application
Do not believe on the timings of delivery which they give as option to you before you check out your order. It was a prank. Wait for 2hours and more and your order will be delivered to you even though they are just a few blocks away from our home. If the weather is not really hot outside i would rather go and buy than to be disappointed with their long time delivery service. It was the longest i waited for my grocery to be deliver. Will not order again!!!
First time use your app but waited for an hour even you have an option for time frame. Better order on other delivery apps! Will not use again your app!

Tried using the app for the first time and location is not going through.
Delivery takes 3-5 hours every time I ordered my groceries.
West zone Al Nahyan Cosco: my order was placed, and I expected to pay the same amount during online purchase upon delivery. Thou delivered as earlier than set 5-7 pm time. I have added groceries to the cart, some based on discounts. Unfortunately, upon delivery, there was one missing item (cost of 9.50 AED after discount) and a lack of payment of 0.25 fils from the delivery personnel. I called the same shop again, but unfortunately, they wanted me to pay for the item stated due to a missed item from their service. As a consumer, items added to the cart on that specific amount should be unchanged if there is a situation of missing items during delivery again. This causes confusion and mistrust among the consumers and the WestZone online purchasing.
