It is so hometown and friendly. The employees all treat our family royally. You really feel like you know the tellers and office workers personally. -- Brazicano, 2024-03-08 ### ***** "Great bank!" The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I love Western! -- MD2685, 2023-04-14 ### ***** "Mesa branch." The employees at the Mesa branch are WONDERFUL !! Very friendly & helpful. Would recommend this branch to everyone. Looking forward to a long standing friendship. -- western st bank., 2021-04-15 ### ***** "Great people, great service, great bank" Who uses the big banks when community banks like Western State Bank exist? Their app is solid, allows me to do pretty much everything I need to through it. I don’t live in North Dakota anymore but haven’t had any problems still banking with Western. They offer great rates for mortgages (I did two through them that I shopped around - ask for Beth P - If you need a home mortgage or refi - she was awesome to work with!) Their customer service has also been top notch - I have spent many frustrating hours on the automated phone at Wells Fargo trying to talk to someone at to get info on their products and the people who work there couldn’t even figure out what division to send me to. The only problem I had with Western was when I tried to open up a HELOC up to 90% LTV against my mortgage - BUT hat was back in mid summer 2020 when covid shutdowns were most lenders cracked down on things, and I am pretty confident Western would happily reconsider -- TO44444444, 2021-03-09 ### ***** "Easy App" This app is right to the point, easy to read and easy to see all accounts. -- Go Sweet Tea, 2021-01-02 ### ***** "Western State Bank" Incredibly helpful and positive! Thanks -- Prezlr, 2020-12-04 ### *---- "Worst bank app ever" I wish i could give this piece of sh** a negative star. They call themselves a bank but dont have the competency to create a working mobile deposit feature. Keep saying photo cant read numbers which is bull as the photo comes out clear, customer service no help either not surprisingly -- donewitthistus, 2020-07-09 ### ***** "Awesomeness" Since I left Wells Fargo Bank and started with Western State Bank I couldn’t be much happier! The customer service and hometown feeling you get. No ATM fees, free online check deposits, and will make you a card in minutes with no waiting! Your missing out if you have not started an account with them! -- 0670jr, 2019-11-27 ### ***** "Old lady" Nice people to deal with. They take care of all of our banking needs. -- az Oldie, 2019-09-03 ### ***-- "External transfers" I have a high Yield Money Market Account and external transfers work fine with a desktop, but aren’t a option on the app. It would also be nice to see the current interest rate like on the desktop version. -- Tr15, 2019-03-14 [View all Western State Bank Personal reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Western State Bank Personal Discovered Keywords - western bank - western bank mobile ## Apps Similar to Western State Bank Personal - [Western State Bank KS](https://apptail.io/app/western-state-bank-ks-efab/united-states) - [WSB Kansas Business](https://apptail.io/app/wsb-kansas-business-pfab/united-states) - [Town and Country CU](https://apptail.io/app/town-and-country-cu-CSGc/united-states) - [TotalBank](https://apptail.io/app/totalbank-CyHc/united-states) - [First Community Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/first-community-credit-union-pqKc/united-states) - [myFirstWestern](https://apptail.io/app/myfirstwestern-mabd/united-states) - [North Star CCU](https://apptail.io/app/north-star-ccu-nabd/united-states) - [Western Bank Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/western-bank-mobile-gZui/united-states) - [Western Bank](https://apptail.io/app/western-bank-dbvi/united-states) - [First United Mobile (ND)](https://apptail.io/app/first-united-mobile-nd-shSm/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
