Easy way to get into website and membership

I have used this app without issue since Westfield Carousel brought it in, but the last two occasions I have visited it doesn’t acknowledge that my car has been parked at the centre and I am therefore charged for the extra time. I have updated the app, deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted and re-added my licence plate, nothing works. When I put my rego in the ticket machine it knows I’ve entered and at what time, so it is clearly an app syncing issue and not a centre issue. It sounds like others are having the same problem so it’s a shame it hasn’t been fixed.

doesn’t matter which rego i enter, it always says “ you are not in the centre” even tho i clearly am. Useless no point

Still charges in 2 hours

I registered in July with the app and setup a membership. I added my car registrations and received an email confirmation that all had gone through. Today I have been logged out completely and have logged back in. No cars are showing as registered anymore, so I have attempted to re-add my cars to my profile. Unfortunately, every time an error message comes up saying the car is registered, there is an issue, and to go to concierge. Obviously there is an app error, which is a really poor customer experience. In addition, I will now have to waste my time at concierge in following this up now, so I can feel comfortable that I will not be overcharged next time I park!

The latest version is useless, constantly on loading screen and does not log the user in. Also when will this app support Apple Wallet for it’s membership card!?!

Completely useless application, just crashes when adding parking

Trying to remove old car - won’t let me. Trying to add new can that is parked in the shopping centre and it says it doesn’t exist. All it does is send me spam emails

Allways says car not found, tried deleting app and reinstalling
