Painful that I have to download your app, become a ‘member’, share personal details and location, and add a new card to my Apple Wallet just to redeem a gift card. Pretty much every single one of those steps is unnecessary, a waste of my time, and only for Westfield to suck up data and advertise at me. 

Then once I’ve redeemed the card, I have to delete it from my wallet, delete my account, and delete the app. 

Memorable experience for the wrong reasons. Net result is that I’ll never be buying anyone else a Westfield gift card. 🥴

Unfortunately the app freezes, can’t move out of the input your number plate page. I have a new phone and the app says my numberplate is in the system but won’t add it on my page moreover I have to go to the concierge desk. Such a palava.
