The app is horrendous to use and doesn’t even have a forgot password option. When it rarely works it will usually crash on me. Very frustrating

Used to be able to log in to the app with a PIN. Following a recent update I now have to type my user/email address and password every time. The whole idea of having an app is quick & easy access … now it takes just as long as accessing my account via a desktop PC. So this update is counterproductive.

If I tap on either of the boxes to enter my email/username or password, it doesn’t bring up the iphone’s keyboard. I literally cannot login normally. I have to open up a different app, type my details out in a searchbar or whatever, then copy and paste my details into the Westfund app’s boxes. I’ve never had to do this with an app allegedly made by a professional company. Absolutely wild.

Simple app which is easy to navigate. Great people available on the phone if you ever need them. Happy with Westfund

Seeing a generic “system error” message on login. Am using member number + dependant code with temp password.

I have had the app for about a year and had no troubles yet. I like that I can submit claims by phone.
