I am PLATINUM! So I have to call in to select my seats? I can’t get through to an agent so I am stuck? This happens when I book in line, book through a westjet agent AND when my corporate travel agent books. This has been happening for a year, mentioned to several Westjet agents when phoning to change my seats, I fly almost weekly. When you try to login from website, mostly the site is down. Seems like a gimmick/scam that you cannot buy tickets when they are bit cheap.
