Apple Wallet Problems

As of late May 2024 I am unable to add my boarding pass to Apple wallet. Please fix. Before that it was seamless if not a little slow but it worked.

Usually love the app but this time I’ve been kicked off and can’t add my trips

Can't Login

I haven't been able to login since December. I can even literally copy and paste the login information from your app to the website and login, but the app thinks I'm using an incorrect password (that clearly works on browsers). I've tried updating and reinstalling. Totally useless app. It’s been over a year and I still can’t login. I can use the exact same login information on the website.

Horrible App

The app is not very functional. Always gives errors, times out during checkin. Anytime I want to make a change to a flight I have to call in. Why does it matter when customers use various forms of payment and cannot use online self service tools. Simply don’t recommend this app.

Worst app ever

I’ve tried logging into my flight about 50 times and waited 10 eons for you to review what seat i’m on. just for at the end the app crashes and restarts the tedious process. if my team could fly on any other airline i would.

Not Recommended

Westjet team is not at all helpful. I am a First time client and they are denying to change the travel date that too in future and having no price difference. Its pathetic

Check-in so slow!

It takes so long to load anything during check-in. Also lacks a baggage tracker.

Doesn’t allow Chinese passport to use the app to check in

My hub has a Canadian passport that the app recognized in one sec while my Chinese passport took hours of trying to upload/capture but the app still doesn’t recognize.

Stuck on checkin

Easy to use app - but seems to get stuck on forever loading the check in after seat selection..

Overall, the WestJet Airlines app falls short of expectations, failing to deliver the convenience and reliability expected from a major airline. With so many other options available in the market, I would strongly advise travelers to explore alternative apps for a smoother and more efficient travel experience.
