• Same day settlement: Get instant access to funds (following nightly settlement) via your Westpac business account.

• 24/7 assistance: Our Australia-based Westpac Merchant Help Desk is available around the clock.
• Seamless payments: Accept all major card types, record cash transactions, set automatic card surcharging, and generate branded invoices & e-receipts.

Just so you know, you need to have a Westpac business transaction account and apply for an EFTPOS Air merchant facility before you can use the app to take payments. You should receive a response to your application within one business day, and once you’re approved, you simply download the app, sign in and start selling!

I agree with the previous comments regarding the app having poor card reading ability. I've had no problems with phone tap which works quickly & well.
I have followed the instructions regarding card positioning, but it still very rarely works. 
Sending invoices defeats the purpose of having the app. I'm considering switching apps if the functionality does not improve.

The app is easy to use worked great tapping phone to phone, but it wouldn’t work on a few cards.. so embarrassing that I couldn’t take payments.. it worked on some and not others… we were holding it correctly too.

Registered and went to set up account on the app. Failed to pass through the final prompt of setting my new password stating an issue with the verification code (even though I completed that step). called support and spent over an hour of time without resolution. giving up for now but thought others may face the same issue.
