Blank screen
On so many occasions when opening the App, it just shows a blank screen, I have to close and reopen a few times for the App to load properly, very annoying.

Unreliable. Most frustrating bank app ever.
This is the most annoying and frustrating banking app ever. It often shows incorrect balances, does not complete transactions or just doesn’t even allow you to login. The way the errors are handled with just ‘something went wrong’ is awful design and makes for a very painful experience. This banking app fails to meet the basic requirements for a bank app and it’s so incredibly disappointing.
Always lagging
Try to login in and it just freezes this has been happening for years as well.
Never works
Quite often go to log in and it won’t do anything, restarting phone and reinstalling app does nothing. It’s quite frustrating when you need to make a transfer and it doesn’t work all the time. Sort it out or I’ll change banks.
Customisable aesthetics needed
Pls get rid of the aubergine colour it’s so depressing
A bit buggy
Since the update I’m having trouble making payments. After adding the payee details I can’t scroll down to complete the payment.
Unacceptable
More often than not I find the Westpac one app either fails to load completely or takes an inconvenient amount of time to load. I know these apps need to have maintenance often but at this point I don’t think it’s maintenance and is just a poorly designed app.
Unfortunately no copy paste available
Copy paste doesn’t work please fix this is essential to getting things done quickly.
Terrible App
This has to be one the worst and buggiest apps I’ve ever used. Constant issues and so non user friendly. There’s so much wrong with the app - if you click on an account it will ask you to sign in, then when you do it crashes every time. It freezes constantly. It’s down ever other week and you can’t access or transfer funds. Just a very very poor app and experience
