Unable to access after update

Mommyinfl on

I purchased this app several years ago under an email that I no longer have access to. I tried to update my email and was told I’d have to buy this app again. I have almost all of the print curriculum and have been a customer for years. Very disappointed.

Needs improvement

Sheffer4 on

I wish this app worked! It would be so great to give the ipad to my daughter with it on guided access and let her work on letters. I don’t even mind that the app is super picky about being perfectly exact though that could be improved. Unfortunately, every time I want to use the app I have to call handwriting without tears to get access. It won’t ever bring up the letters or it says we haven’t paid.

Needs to have more letters and needs a restore purchase button

bhgfsr on

It’s good and all but i don’t like that you have to pay $6:00 for all of it & the lite version has only 7 letters. I had a purchase before but there’s no Restore Purchase button so it’s hard for me.

Can’t Create Account

Grey WF on

I’ve been trying to create an account for 15 minutes. Every time I enter my credentials, it says “something went wrong” but doesn’t specify what the issue is. How is anyone supposed to use this app?

This App Freezes So Much!

Needs an update

The app was great at first. Now we can’t even use it. It just is stuck “loading.” Terrible because we paid for it😞

Just okay

BrittnyT on

App does have to be closed out and relaunched multiple times if you are going to practice more than one letter. It is unfortunate the app is so unstable because I love their curriculum. My suggestion would be to find a different app to practice handwriting. You will get frustrated with this one. I’m going to tough it out probably since I paid for it. Hopefully the developers will eventually release an update.

Won’t load

Barnett9854 on

I’ve had this app for awhile now and it used to work great, now it won’t load at all. Very frustrated!

Does it even work?

Tikitoes15 on

This app was great during the pandemic, now into the 2021 school year it doesn’t work at all. All it does is say it’s “loading” - Very disappointing for something that was paid for.

Just ok

#1 OT on

I bought this app several years ago and although it is more picky (requires better precision) and not as easy to use for the students, it was still was a nice option for letter and number tracing. I like that it uses the correct verbal cues for formation. However, now I need to re-purchase the app because they changed the platform. It is the exact same app with no new items or improvements. At least if they want you to re-purchase something, it should offer something more. I do not plan on buying it again, because there is nothing new and there are a lot of other apps that work well if not better. I’m a big hand writing without tears supporter, I will just use their workbooks and manipulatives like the slate board. Now a year later... I bought the app again and I couldn’t even use it really. I am a busy OT and basically like to pick and choose the magic c and diver down letters, or any letters students are having trouble with. They are all locked and need to be unlocked and go in order. Now I am not going to re-purchase until they fix all their issues.
