This app won’t even let you upload videos. I’m stuck with my phone open for hours trying to upload a two minute video.

Charged within free trial period
I accepted a trial of this app and my Visa card details were taken, which I didn’t like. I then attempted to use the app and found it very clumsy. I had to send several photographs to a management agency that I use. The whole process was awkward so I decided to no longer use the app and put a date in my calendar to cancel the trial subscription within the trial period I did this in case I wanted to try it again otherwise I would’ve cancelled straight away, and I wish I had because now I find I’ve been charged which I should not have been. I have cancelled the subscription and even that was difficult. I have asked for a refund and I trust i’ll get it. I had to get Apple Support assistance to get this far, and as always, Apple Support was very good. My advice is NOT to take a trial subscription with We Transfer.
Excellent App
I am an artist (mature age) sending images to a printing service. This App is professional and seamless for me.
First time experience
Wondering 62 MB original file showing 427 Mb on WeTransfer. Is it normal? First attempt took more than 45 minutes and 2% uploaded so cancel it and again tried, which took 22 minutes for creating the shared link

Poor quality App
Unable to upload large videos on the App. Unable to login on the PC unless you buy another subscription.

Great app to transfer files and share large files with businesses
Not worth the effort, app is a waste of memory
App won’t log in, we pay for this service as a business and it doesn’t even work. Website is slow and often locks up. Not worth the effort, try something else. We will be cancelling all our subscriptions.
