Doesn’t give the option to select multiple videos and open them in the editing apps. You have to download one by one for several hours then open in the editing apps such as inshot and capcut

The app barely works on the iPad and iPhone, I usually get files of 1GB-4GB worth of pictures and they take forever to download! My wifi speed is good so that’s not the issue. When pictures are eventually downloaded not all of them are saved to the camera roll!!!! Please I need a fix for this as I rely heavily on my iPad to download pictures and edit them.
We transfer used to be a great option to send video and photo files, it is simple, but in the app there is a big issue, many times the transfer is frozen at 100% and does not finish
I paid for an upgrade to increase the GB transfer limit but the app still does not allow me to transfer my file.
