This is ridiculous
Email not sent
Email was not received by recipient. It’s christmas so everyone’s out of the office and i can’t extend the expiration date another day without paying $25….it’s 1 video that needed sent and WeTransfer couldn’t even do the job they claim to do.

Limited Usage
I transferred 5 videos in the course of 3 days and it would not allow me to send anymore. It states that I have to wait awhile before I can send more or update to the $9.00 a week. Bummer! I currently have the free download. Oh well, I’m not paying $9.00 a week. Great product though.

Having technical issues and the app customer service is deplorable! No help!!!
Stopped working
This app worked fine for a while but stopped sending files about a week ago, and even when I delete the app and tried to reinstall it gives me an error message before I even try to use it. Will be unsubscribing.
I love wetransfer… but
The app is completely broken. Trying to send audio files from apples voice memo app doesn’t work. Trying to save the files on my phone and upload them to wetransfer app, nothings working. Had to use the website, which defeats the purpose of the app. I updated it to the latest version. Same thing. Please fix the app. It would be super useful. I have the newest iPhone and OS. FYI.
