Vip issue
Already is VIP but when kee on asked to axtivate the vip
Delay in updating of vip status
Renewed subscription via apple but the wetv app shows keeps saying that there is a delay in updating of vip status. This is still not resolved after a week so i’m just wasting the subscription I’ve paid.
Update is slow
China version of the app already have the new episode added, even YouTube already have it, why is the international version still not getting it? I really regretted subscribing to the VIP..
Does not work
I subscribed and was charged repeatedly for 2 months and my account shows ‘VIP expired’. Send a report through the app and no response.
