I subscribed and was charged repeatedly for 2 months and my account shows ‘VIP expired’. Send a report through the app and no response.
Have more functions and shows on WeTV
The china version of WeTV have a watch together function hope that the global version will have it too so that I can watch with my family or friends and also please have more china shows in WeTV a lot of china show can be seen in the china version but not in global version. If not the VIP a bit not worth it buying it. Thank you
App keeps crashing 😢
Why are the drama getting more boring. Hope to have more China drama instead of others. It used to be many Chinese drama. The app keeps crashing and has audio no pictures. The refresh icon pop up but can’t refresh it.

Difficulty to watch on tv
When I try to scan the QR code on my TV with my phone app, the app alway transfer me to download this app. Making me impossible click the button to access my tv to watch the program
Unable to view drama on Apple TV
The app works on iPhone. It was working on Apple TV until one day it wrongly thinks I’m in a different country and starts displaying foreign language, foreign currency for vip renewal and says no copyright to let me view. I have to resort to Airplay from iPhone. Utterly frustrating 😡
