### *---- "App Keeps Losing Data"
App keeps forcing restart as if no account has been created.
-- My2pups!, 2024-12-19

### *---- "App stopped working 12/1/24"
It was working fine for ages. Then suddenly it stopped. My points didn’t show and it would load any coupon offers. Or scan my receipt. It kept saying “oops something went wrong “.
So I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it refuses to open. Just stuck on the picture of pretzels.
-- Skidamarinkadink, 2024-12-02

### *---- "False advertisement"
There's no free pretzel with the first purchase. You have to have 40 points for it. I purchased a $9 bag and got 12 points, so ya it's a lie
-- vknyvz, 2024-11-29

### ***** "Snack"
Love getting Wetzel’s Pretzel’s as a snack
-- Rocko boy, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Don’t always work"
I don’t always get my points when I try to scan with the app. The last time I went I also tried to redeem, it wasn’t working and I lost my points.

### *---- "App don’t even work"
Everytime I try logging in I get an error message which makes the app useless
