## Wevana Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great App"
I really appreciate the features on this app, specifically the ability to increase speed and intensity! I also love that my therapist can pair to my app so that she can control the tapers during sessions. Also, the customer service was incredibly helpful!
-- Kimaanga, 2026-09-15

### *---- "Malfunctioned after 2 Uses"
Very disappointed. Was able to use this only twice before it malfunctioned. Tabs vibrate once then go dead while app says they’re working. Tried pairing them again three times. Didn’t fix problem. Tried forgetting them on my phone. No change. Tried logging in and logging out. Nothing. Have now wasted an hour of my life trying to fix a brand new product. This should not be happening at this price point.

### ***** "Helpful tool for Healthy Life"
I’ve found the tabs to work consistently and well. I’ve had no problems with them connecting to my phone. I’ve been doing EMDR with a therapist for a few months and I noticed the tabs she used were really helping me to get into a more meditative state. This is huge for me because I’ve been trying to get into a meditation routine for decades and have tried so many methods and classes, to no avail. The stimulation from the tabs is an anchor that allows me to settle in. I love the guided meditations and would love for you to add more. I wouldn’t try using them for processing anything difficult on my own, but as an aid in installing helpful beliefs and daily meditation practice, they are amazing!

### *---- "Terrible Customer Support"
I’m extremely disappointed with both this product and the customer support experience. My Wevana EMDR tabs stopped connecting to the app immediately after a firmware/app update, even though they worked perfectly before.

I contacted support on May 7 because I had an upcoming therapy session and needed the device working urgently. Over the next 4 days, I followed the reset instructions more than 5 times, but the issue was never fixed. Support kept sending the exact same troubleshooting steps over and over again without actually addressing what I was reporting.

For a product designed for EMDR and mental health support, reliability and responsive customer service should be a priority. Instead, I was left with a nonfunctional device and no real solution, replacement, or refund offered during the process.

### **--- "Not meeting standards"
I have had nothing but issues with these since I purchased them. The connectivity constantly disconnects and there is an error code when updating. I have only used them about 15 sessions of one hour each and am very disappointed in the quality as they came recommended from the emdria site.

### *---- "Worked one time and then stopped pairing with my phone"
When I opened them up, they paired with my phone fine. The next day I try to use them and no pairing with my phone. These were a waste of money.
-- rrseanr, 2025-06-29

### ***** "Helped my kids"
My 10 yr old has found the “kids” sessions very helpful for her anxiety.
My 13 yr old son and I like the “adult” sessions for managing stress.
The tabs are very easy to use.
-- Moe1212, 2025-05-06

### ****- "Changes made to app"
I've been very impressed with this app developer's attention to feedback and responsiveness. There were some suggestions offered as to how to improve the app and, thus far, they've worked to incorporate that feedback. Came back here to change my rating to reflect the improvements. Keep up the good work, Dharma Dr.

### ***** "Perfect for my stress management needs"
I love this product because of how accessible it makes EMDR for me. As someone who has struggled with general anxiety disorder my whole life, and is medicated and has been through years of therapy, this product is the perfect complement.
-- Dan J. Berger, 2024-05-15

### *---- "Not for clinical use"
Be warned- if you are an EMDR clinician, this app and the product it accompanies, are not suitable for the clinical application of EMDR. You cannot determine the number of taps/passes not can you preset or determine set length. Each set is predetermined with no way to pause or change the length of the set.
