The communities are riddled with shady spam links that never get moderated, yet normal posts can get removed for no apparent reason. Seems like selective censorship. It is also impossible to change the email your account is tied to, you can only create a new account but then you will also lose all paid content you have bought like concert VODs or special variety shows.

The app is best! I love that but the game send me to sing/ log in page and now I can't get back to my account because it says that my account needs to be checked or something. What can I do to get my account back??
It won’t let me go to full screen on portrait mode when watching live? I can only see small video on the top and the comments or full screen on landscape mode but the video is in portrait mode?!

When I try to scan the QR code on my phone to log into weverse on my Samsung TV it says that weverse does not support the QR code. Can you tell me what it means and how I get it to work?

i love the app, and overall its amazing to have an app like this, but the update with being able to follow other fans is annoying. i personally made a profile just to change my profile picture (its an amazing feature btw! ive been waiting for this since i installed the app). when i opened the app, the feed was full of ”follow me and i’ll follow you” posts. and most likely just profiles with more followers are going to get noticed by the artists. everyone is obsessed with the number of followers they have. i hope you can delete that feature please, ive seen other people saying that they dont like it either.
The app is great and everything works well but it would be nice to have chromecast support on it! i could watch all the run episodes and more on tv!
