Had the app only 1 week. And noticed the automatic up level of points goal regardless, making it more impossible and taking much longer to cash out. I only received 10% points needed to cash out for a week and lost interest to complete cash out. It makes me feel like my progress and points were getting devalued much like hyperinflation with the economy. Making it harder and taking longer to reach a goal is not motivational to me. It took away some of my points when I hit the wrong button sadly and wasn’t able to undo it. Your competitors rewards don’t punish you, but this app does. No thank you. I’ve deleted my account and app. Not worth my time.Needs major moral improvements!

Was using this app to encourage my walking each day; however, it will say you have 2days at a level before your ranking promotes you, keeps you at the same level or downgrades you on points based on the number of steps plus the cards you “collect”. Suddenly it decides the time has changed and it’s 2 hours. Today it changed and decided I had only 5 points and ranked 29th on one page  and had 1490 points (which are the actually points I had earned this period) and ranked 5th on this page.

Also you can earn cards in different sets for you steps but it will give you duplicates of the cards (up to at least 5 cards) to make sure you can never complete a set. 

Would help if it gave instructions on how this app works but then I guess they can’t since the app couldn’t follow its own instructions.

1 day later: now when I go to the app it’s as though I never used it after a steak of 164 days or so. It says let’s get started except I push the button and the little bearjust looks at me. It won’t open at all.

Well I enjoyed the encouragement the app once gave me but now it’s just too frustrating. Goodbye.

The WeWard app keeps saying that I do not have a streak when each and every day I log more than 10,000 steps on it. It keeps telling me to use repair jokers to maintain my streak, which is ridiculous because the app has numerous bugs in it and I always achieve my daily goals. The step counter is also inaccurate.. Another app called CashWalk has a more accurate step counter.

The FAQ/contact option doesn’t allow you to post a “help ticket” for your problems. In fact, there’s no way to contact a real person for the WeWard app.
