## WeWave Surf Description
Some days the waves aren't great, and you still want to go.
WeWave makes those sessions count. Join a challenge at your spot with your Apple Watch, record your rides automatically, and see how you rank against surfers around the world. Start a team with your crew and climb the team world ranking. When you're planning the next session, check the forecast for 4,200+ spots.

SPOT CHALLENGE
- Every spot holds an all-day challenge once a week, from an hour before sunrise to an hour after sunset
- Start the challenge on your Apple Watch and your next 30 minutes of riding are scored
- A 3-2-1 countdown starts it; in the water your watch shows the time left, your score and your rank
- After every ride, a card shows the points it earned, your new place and the points you need to win
- At 20, 10, 5 and 2 minutes left, your wrist tells you what it takes to win
- The result as soon as you're out, and a champion screen when you take the title
- Your score comes from your rides, ride distance, cutbacks, paddling and top speed
- Post the top score and you're the spot's champion until someone beats it
- Get a reminder the evening before and 30 minutes before a challenge at your favourite spots

RECORD YOUR RIDES ON APPLE WATCH
- Start a session and paddle out. WeWave detects your rides automatically
- Your speed, ride distance, paddle distance and calories, live during the session
- Replay your rides and paddling on the map
- Top speed, distance, duration and cutbacks for each ride
- Spot Zukan: a spot is added only when your Apple Watch GPS track was there

TEAMS
- Create a team, find surfers by username and invite them
- Your members' rides add up across 10 team world rankings: total points, longest ride, fastest ride, most ridden in 30 minutes and more
- Share your session results in the team chat
- Start a session on your Apple Watch and your team sees you're surfing and where (each member chooses whether to share)

MESSAGES
- Message other surfers and chat with your team
- Challenge, wave and team notifications in the same tab

ANALYSE EACH SESSION AND EACH RIDE
- Ride distance, paddle distance, sessions and rides
- Top speed of each ride, with your average and fastest
- Rides per hour by wave score, so you know the conditions you surf best
- A map of your rides at each spot

- WeWave surf size: our own model turns swell direction, period and tide into the size that breaks at each spot, from knee to overhead
- Swell direction and period, wind, tide and water temperature
- 16-day forecast, with days 11–16 shown as a trend
- Spot analytics: the rides recorded at each spot

WEWAVER PRO (OPTIONAL)
- The full 16-day forecast beyond today
- Trim and delete rides, and share your ride map
