The great thing about wework is that you can book in and use any office. The doesn’t allow anymore to browse easily and select a workspace, it appears to be full of bugs. I have to google the correct address and type it in and hope it finds it, even if I type in london it doesn’t seem to work.
The app need a redesign!

Why does the app consistently take 30 seconds, to a minute to load on every invocation?

Why does it constantly load the booking of a meeting rooms first, if you don’t have a desk booked for that day?

There is no way that this is a developer omission, but an intentional dark pattern, to frustrate the users. Apps that deal with significant amounts of data, that is constantly updating, make the loading of their app instant.

I’d give it zero stars, but it’s not allowed.

Even with good internet connection it takes ages for each screen to load. This provides no convenience at all and it would be quicker for me to use the website through my phone.

The new app nosedived in quality. I can’t search for different locations as the search is buggy. The interface is unintuitive and looks dated. The responsiveness is laggy. I can’t believe they’ve kept this for over a year.

It still blows my mind that a successful multi-million $ company like WeWork can somehow manage to produce such a poor user experience in a mobile app. 

It is unforgivably slow to use. Constantly reloading pages from scratch. They need a whole new tech team if this is the best they can come up with. And it is NOT a complex app at all. No excuse.

You may not realise it from your office in New York but you actually have quite a lot of weworks in London (about 30 of them!) so it’s crazy how bad your search is here. It returns total nonsense. E.g. you have 2 locations in Paddington, I search for Paddington and the first wework the app brings up is 3 miles from Paddington. Your search is so useless in the app that I need to go to google to search ‘wework in xxx’ then get the name from google then paste it into the app. Surely this isn’t the best you can do??

this application is not very good. It shows me a long list of desks that are unavailable and there is no way to filter. Also right now it’s stuck at a location and I can’t see any desks to book. Whenever I move the map it snaps back to that location?!

Lovely place to come & work for a day or two. Good variety of workspaces across 3 floors & clean facilities. Wi-Fi has good connection although no mobile data on bottom floor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice variety of tea & coffee always available plus a barista in the morning. 

Great for a work-from-Homer looking to switch up your work environment every now and then, but also has regulars and entire office rooms rented out. You can find space to work quietly and they have dedicated phone booths although these tend to be very busy. It also seems like a good place to work with colleagues as there are lots of bigger tables & sofas to work on.

Would definitely recommend.
