WEX Connect

I attempted to look up service stations with car washes or standalone car washes. After five attempts, I was unsuccessful. The listed locations did not even have car washes or the address did not exist. There’s no way of contacting WEX regarding these issues, to fix the app.

I’ve gotten this app to work once in the last three years. Nothing loads from any of the options. It sits there with grey boxes and that’s it. Really annoying.

The app needs to be able to differentiate between gas and diesel for professional drivers. Also needs a filter for commercial tires and service vs for passenger vehicles.

Fuel portion is good but the app is not able to be updated by users with live info. Such as, I have no car washes that work at gas stations anywhere near me and none or the car wash only locations will take the WEX Card.

Overall it does what it says. I’m usually looking for diesel, but the app resets to unleaded every time I close it. Can you please add Five Star fueling locations?

Completely useless, just like the card for anything other than gas purchases. The app lists service locations that don’t even exist, and the ones they list do not accept the card.

I need to have non-ethanol fuel for most of my equipment but that’s not an option under the filters

When opening the app it does not show your current location and there is nothing to tap on to show current location. I have to restart my phone every time for it to show me the current location. The app is also not semi truck friendly. I always have to go to the filter and select diesel each time I use it and it only gives a search of up to 25 miles. It may show you where the cheapest diesel fuel is but a lot of them places are not truck friendly. This is a terrible app for truck drivers and there was very little if any effort at all in making this a quality app for truck drivers. No way would I recommend Fleet One and it’s because of their app.

Please fix the issues with using inaccurate addresses and directions. It’s not safe for drivers trying to find a station when the map is sending the person to the middle of a neighborhood or country road.
