Constantly locks up and needs to be closed out and reopened. The ads are incessant beyond annoying. I use the livestream for local news and weather; the feed constantly locks up. WGN, DO BETTER! -- Unhappy worker bee, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "Yesterday again?" Updates are slow. Local stories from days ago stay there in breaking news. Severe weather warning are sent by Chicken Little. Lots of "human interest" stories meaning soft news which can truthfully be free advertising for some cute and trendy something. -- Chgo Q, 2024-10-27 ### *---- "The audio doesn’t work." Also the audio doesn’t work. When will this be fixed? -- jslamour, 2024-06-14 ### *---- "Worse than ever" What a horrible app. Functions are janky at best -- WetzelHillman, 2024-06-04 ### *---- "Stuck on customize" App asks me questions to customize the page - gets to weather (2nd question) and there is no way to move past it. Can’t use the app at all and it has been like this for at least the past 3 weeks. App support just takes me to WGN page and there is no way to report the problem?! -- BBBrunhilda, 2024-02-25 ### *---- "Unusable live streaming" Deleting the app, cannot livestream. It was really poor accessibility before with tiny buttons, now it doesn’t work at all. -- A_rachnid, 2024-02-20 ### *---- "FIX THE FORMAT" THIS FORMAT IS TERRIBLE WITH THE RECTANGULAR SLICES OF PHOTOS FOR EACH STORY. FIX IT! -- Beasey2, 2024-02-10 ### *---- "Can’t get to the main screen" Wants me to sign up for weather updates. Don’t want them but did anyway to get off of that screen. Screen stays frozen Will not take me to the news. Uggghhh -- Petchow, 2024-02-09 ### *---- "Delete this app" This app does not work. Multiple attempts have been made to wgn to fix since last update to no avail! -- Boom5117, 2024-02-08 ### **--- "What happened to the old app?" Really disappointed in this updated version. I hope someone can get this to work like before -- Sanlee72, 2024-02-06 [View all WGN News reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## WGN News Discovered Keywords - chicago news - chicago - wgn radio - wgn news chicago - wgn news - abc7 chicago - city of chicago - chicago tribune ## Apps Similar to WGN News - [ABC7 Chicago News & Weather](https://apptail.io/app/abc7-chicago-news-weather-SS/united-states) - [Patch - Everything Local](https://apptail.io/app/patch-everything-local-epH/united-states) - [NewsNation: Unbiased News](https://apptail.io/app/newsnation-unbiased-news-VYvb/united-states) - [Chicago Tribune](https://apptail.io/app/chicago-tribune-lZhc/united-states) - [Chicago Sun-Times News](https://apptail.io/app/chicago-sun-times-news-rmic/united-states) - [NBC 5 Chicago: News & Weather](https://apptail.io/app/nbc-5-chicago-news-weather-smic/united-states) - [WBEZ](https://apptail.io/app/wbez-tmic/united-states) - [Crain's Chicago Business](https://apptail.io/app/crains-chicago-business-umic/united-states) - [FOX 32 Chicago: News & Alerts](https://apptail.io/app/fox-32-chicago-news-alerts-TPtc/united-states) - [WGN Radio - Chicago's Very Own](https://apptail.io/app/wgn-radio-chicagos-very-own-mHEd/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
