This app fails to load at the most inconvenient times. Be sure to write down your schedule or take a picture of it whenever you do finally get the chance to open the app.

The app barely works

I’m an employee and the app never works. I can’t check paystubs or even double-check my schedule. The company should be embarrassed about this terrible app.

The app worked for me one time and never worked again. We order from Waffle House regularly over the phone. Obviously they will not take over the phone orders anymore as they want you to order online, except you can’t do that either… it says error every time. I’ve tried probably 10 times in the last week using the app and there’s an error while checking out every time.

The app is great but I wish if they could add an option to where we can edit how the food we want like there is an option for bacon egg and cheese sandwich or biscuit but if I could remove the meat options because I’m vegetarian so I can order only egg and cheese sandwiches or biscuits so something like that would help me or others so that they can order ahead of time so when they get there their food is ready and it saves time

Can’t call to order at a local store anymore and the app won’t allow you to order an omelet. They’re famous for their fluffy omelets, why wouldn’t you make it a menu item?

Im a Waffle House associate and im unable to view my paystubs. Update to a newer version ASAP

Hey employees, why is there an Order button if you say it’s not for customers to order food? Are you competent?

My name is kimberly and I’ve been bulking my whole life some of my favorite foods would be waffles so I love to just open the app and dream about eating the food. This app is so good that sometimes I start drooling when looking at the pictures!!! 🧇🤤🤤

I’m not sure it there has been a recent update or if these other reviews are just complaining to complain. The app is extremely user friendly and actually very fast. It takes me longer to order from DoorDash than it took to order on the WH app. I haven’t picked up my food yet as I just ordered but assuming the kitchen fulfills my order, this app is great.
